Return and Exchange Policy
At ShowerSandal, we aim to ensure a secure and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return a product, it’s easy to do so. Below you will find information on how to return or exchange items in compliance with Norwegian and EU consumer rights regulations.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as outlined by Norwegian and EU consumer laws. This right applies to consumers only and does not cover purchases made by businesses.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by email at post@showersandal.com.


How to Return a Product

  1. Fill Out the Return Form
    Complete our return form, you will receive it after emailing us with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Your name and address
    • Reason for the return 

  2. Pack the Product Securely
    Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transport.

  3. Send the Product to Our Return Address
    Blue Water shipping A/S (our warehouse/3PL logistics partner)
    Ventrupparken 8B, 2670 Greve, Denmark

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. 


Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping costs from the original delivery will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Claims and Complaints

If the product is defective or has faults, you have the right to file a claim under consumer protection laws. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
Please contact us at post@showersandal.com with the following details:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos documenting the defect
  • Order number

We will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims and ensure a replacement product is sent or the amount refunded.
